Doctors Wealth is specifically designed to provide complete and comprehensive financial services to medical professionals. It is headed up by our financial advisers, David Hooper and David Bartels, our accounting team of Tony D’Agostino, Henry Wibawa and Nick Maharaj, and our property team of Betty Dunn and Renea Smith.
David Hooper is an experienced and service-oriented Financial Adviser within the Doctors Wealth Group. His background was as a Pharmacist before his passion for financial services led him to retrain and embark on a career focused on helping doctors grow and protect their wealth. David focuses on giving the team an organised, enthusiastic and outcome driven approach to ensure complete wealth management for his clients.

David Bartels followed in the footsteps of his family medical background and commenced his working life as a pharmacist working in retail and hospital pharmacy. However, although he really enjoyed helping people with their health as a pharmacist, his real interest lies in finance and has pursued multiple formal studies in finance since 2001, including an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning; graduate certificates in Applied Finance & Investment, Self Managed Superannuation and Mortgage Broking; and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
Several years ago he decided becoming a financial adviser would be able to naturally combine his love for helping people with his interest in finance. In recent times, he has joined the Doctors Wealth team specialising in assisting members of the medical profession and their partners, as well as other clients of all demographics by referral.

Outside of assisting clients, David enjoys catching up with family and friends, touch football and is a keen but very ordinary surfer.
Doctors Wealth Accounting is headed up by Tony D’Agostino, a veteran of 23 years in the accounting industry. In his years of public practice, he has helped hundreds of individuals and businesses develop and realise their goals for wealth creation, business start up and expansion. Away from work, Tony is an active member of the Italian community from where he derives his heritage, and has served on the board of many non-profit entities in this sector.

Betty Dunn has been actively working as a real estate agent for over 27 years and during that time has recognized that the buyers have not been adequately assisted by selling agents. In 2005, Betty decided to create an opportunity for buyers to have an agent who really cared for them in the activities of buying real estate.

I also negotiate with listing agents and sellers, provide market evaluation for buyers. ensure the contract of sale is accurate including special clauses to protect the buyer, assist with building and pest inspections, refer to legal advisers to ensure buyers are protected and follow every contract to the date of settlement. My goal is to provide a comfortable, all inclusive property purchase package for you.”
